{Owen... the newest member to the West family}

This is a surpise for Owen's daddy who is on deployment right now. I wanted to incorporate Nate into the pictures, eventhough he is not physically here. Andrea cried when I told her my idea.. and I'm sure she'll cry again when she sees the pictures. I just wanted to salute you Nate and Andrea for your service and sacrifice. I know this job is not easy, and it's not always given the gratitude that is due. So, this is me thanking your for what you do, with what I do. I hope these images are a treasure to you and a testimony of the service of your family to this country.

P.S. Nate, double click the images to make them larger and read the box :) a little something extra just for you

Blessings,
Teresa

Truman is 6 months old!!

I love smiley six month old babies!! Especially ones this precious!!

Sneak Peek {Tyler}

I'm not sure if I should call these 'Senior Pictures' or 'before basic training' pictures.... either way I am proud to say that Tyler is now the proud recipent of his high school diploma and has signed on with the US Army and is shipping out to Georgia for bootcamp in April.

The whole time he was here you could see he is anxious to go (that and he mentioned it about a dozen times a day!) Good luck Tyler, congratulations and may God protect you always.

Blessings,
Teresa

{ My Cheri }

I don't know how else to title this sneak peek... but My Cheri. In some indescribable way I knew things about her the moment I first heard her speak- I was drawn in by her words and her voice- by how, when she spoke the name of Jesus it was with such tenderness and awe you knew that she was sold-out-in-love with Him. I knew that she was different. I just knew. The first time I heard her teach our bible study we were strangers, but over the course of the last year we have become friends. She is like my Beth Moore- I could sit at her feet all day and learn from her- soak up all the wisdom she had to pass on about life, motherhood, of the Word and of God's grace and love. And the funniest thing is... she thinks I'm something special. Me. I don't know why, but she does. When I talk- she listens. She really listens. She hears more than I say. She is such a blessing to me. I am thankful to the Lord for the opportunity to know her and call her friend. My Cheri. =}
