Finally a little girl!!

As most of you know that watch for pics, I mostly have little boys to photograph. Well, yesterday Carsynn came to see me and we got some little girl action! She was so busy at 18 months that it was tough to get her to be still and even look in the direction of me and my camera- but that's ok, I kind of like those shots better anyway. She did awsome! and here are a few shots for ya!

Sneak Peek

Look who else is about to be one!! In just two more weeks little Jacob is going to be having his first birthday. Here's a sneak peek from his session on Monday!

2010 Senior Portraits

Well it's that time of year that everyone has at least one graduation to go to. It's almost summer and that means out with the old and in with the new- Seniors that is! This is the senior portraits flyer I did up this morning for our 2010 seniors. I am posting it here and if you happen to know a senior that is needing one feel free to simply save to your computer and print. Or refer them to me and I can get them all the info they might need. I am very excited to launch into senior portraits because it gives me the opportunity to be creative as I try to capture their individuality and character. So, send em my way- you never know if you send a few I may give you some studio credit... :~)

Today was like fathers day came early. I just have to share these sweet, tender moments of Haydenn and his daddy spending some quality time together. I can't decide which one is the most handsome... or which one is the most obsessive with the bow!! :)

Can I come too?

...I brought my own bow...

"Watch and learn son"...

Ok... I think I got it...

Time to retrieve the arrows

Here dad, here's the next one

I need your help...

Choosing wall portraits for my studio. Since the flood I have had the opportunity to clean out the basement and revamp my studio space. For mothers day my dear husband painted the walls for me (first coat anyway) and I have been working to make it more comfortable for my clients (more like a studio, less like a basement). So... I am going to start to purchase (here and there) some large prints of some of my best work. And I need your help in choosing. I have tried to choose, but I am overwhelmed with all the images, plus the way I see them is different than the way you all see them. So, look through the galleries, or maybe through blogs past in the sneak peeks. Or maybe you have a favorite that stands out in your mind that's not currently posted anywhere. I want ALL suggestions, all comments and all votes count!! Thanks a bunch!! :))

Oh, and I thought about posting pictures of the progress in the studio... but then I thought I would hold off until I feel it's truly done. Until then, your just going to have to make an appointment for a session and come on down and see what's new!! :)

Love and Blessings to you all,

Back online!!

Sorry for my absence! Have you missed me? :~) So, how was your Mothers day? Hope it was a great day for all you spectacular mothers out there! Also... hope you made it through the storm last Friday. We ended up with some uprooted trees and no power, but we were pretty lucky compared to some in this area. Those straightline winds are nothing to mess around with!! They can tear a roof off in a hurry, no tornado needed!
So, lets see what's been going on around here... The internet repair man came out today and got me back online and back to being connected to civilization... Hailey went to the surgeon last week and got her dressing off and her brace tightened up. She is three weeks post surgery and only have three weeks to go- YAY!! I am getting very excited to see what her arm will do after it is loosed!! This time has really gone fast and Hailey has adjusted well- She is doing sumersaults in the living room floor and has now started doing head/hand stands!! Yep- she is standing on her head! So, the brace isn't slowing her down too much.

Speaking of not slowing down- Hayden is walking!! He finally got tired of crawling and he is on the go!!

Another big mileston for Hayden in the last couple of weeks is that he got his first bow. He is OBSESSED with Zacks bow, and anything that has to do with hunting really. - I tell you what, it was the best $4 I will probably ever spend on this boy....

The other night I walked into the living room to see Hailey and her babies and bears strewn across the floor. She told me she had lined them up and spread them out to make snow angels... I thought it was pretty precious and was picture worthy...

Hailey after her nap the yesterday- check out the height on those bangs! She wasn't happy with me having a camera in her face when she had just woke up... (can't say I blame her :)

Here the kids are yesterday when we were outside enjoying the sunshine...

Hailey helping Daddy mow the yard...

Hayden helped by eating the grass.... :)

We also did some swinging in the sunshine.....

And that's all the pictures I have for now. I am doing a session for Stan the Man though on Friday, so check back to see his sneak peeks cause you know he's so stinkin cute that their gonna be worth the trip. Oh, and am hours away from having the wedding done, I know alot of you are ever so patiently dying to see those pictures!

Well, I'm off to Zumba- a weight loss dance class at the church.... I'll let you know how it goes, its my first night... ugh.....
